【合结钢】基本说明

【合结钢】产品特点

40CrNiMoA用途：用作要求高强度、高韧性、截面尺寸较大的和较重要的调质零件，如卧式锻造机的传动偏心轴、锻压机曲轴等。经调质后使用，用于制作要求塑性好，强度高及大尺寸的重要零件。如果重型机械中高载荷的轴类、直径大于250mm的汽轮机轴、叶片、高载荷的传动件、紧固件、曲轴、齿轮等。此外，还可以进行氮化处理后用来制作特殊性能要求的重要零件。
